Gustav, during and after

Hurricane Gustav came and went, and we must give thanks it visited us as a tropical storm not a full blown hurricane. One friend of mine laughingly commented that “Gustav just wanted to meet Bolt”, and right she just maybe, as how else could you explains the storms path?

It hit Haiti, past the eastern tip of Jamaica, did an about face to start its run from Morant Point, down the length of the island.

Despite the loss of life and property damages, we must nevertheless realize that Jamaica in spite of its “wickedness” is indeed a God Blessed island.

This Gallery is tribute to Gustav and all it didn’t do, check back as I will be adding pictures as people get back light and the images come in.

Big shout out to Kaylia, Moiya and Yolan who sent in these.
