Doctor's offices and all medical care type services are bad. Was at Eyeland Eyewear in New Kingston - Optician was apparently running minutes late. I have to ask the receptionist why no one advised me and she rolled her eyes in surprise - stating "ah doctor so what you expect?" I took my ignorant self with my money and left. We have to stop accepting poor service and walk out with the money. Thats the only way it will stop Its not only government. Doctor’s offices and all medical care type services are bad. They expect bad service and that is what they get, quite possibly because they don't know any better. Anyway, those of us who do know that this is not acceptable behaviour have an obligation to at least try to educate those who are so easily satisfied with mediocrity. Again, keep up the good work.
